Life at 9,900 feet

Since Accenture has allowed me to take such a huge step and take a leave for three months, I have decided to create this sweet little blog. I am creating this mostly because I know these next three months will fly by and other than only remembering that I skied a little, I want to make sure I remember as much as possible. I'm not sure how these next couple months will play out or even the next year or two following, but one thing is for sure. This experience is definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Slacking again

Again, it's been awhile since I have posted anything.  Kevin, Josh, Tony and Rob came up for the long weekend and I didn't have a chance to update this.  Since Tony and Rob make us wake up at 4 am yesterday to get to Denver, I fell asleep early last night in the middle of editing Jeremy and Matt's video.

To sum up the great weekend, someone fell off a cliff in the back bowls at Vail (Josh), someone skied 48 mph even though it was only his 6-7 trip skiing (Kevin), someone got frostbite on their nose while snowmobiling (me), someone put on skis for the first time ever and skied blue runs (Tony), and someone went at least 12 mph on a snowmobile (Rob).

Hopefully much later tonight I will have video from Jeremy and Matt and more specifics about this past weekend.

    Update on Drew: He's at 50,000 vertical feet today at 1 pm at Keystone with a legit shot at 100,000. Text him some encouragement so he doesn't bitch out.

    Just because you got 87,000 feet today doesn't mean we're gonna be lenient on videos. Get to work.
